Greetings Everyone,

We are in fast changing times. Many are reeling from the new energies that are on Earth. I would like to start my newsletter with a bit of information that came in right after election night. From the very beginning I understood that Obama would win. I, like many others received information that it would be a tight race, neck and neck all the way to the end. While watching the election my attention was drawn to how Obama took off and held a lead all the way through the night. After it was announced that Obama was the next president of the United States I began thinking about this contradiction to the information I had received. I felt there was an important message in this yet, nothing came to mind. This is a good time for me to remind you that we don’t always get the answers the minute we ask the question yet, be open and trust that the answers always come and of course they do.

As it happened I had scheduled a hypnosis session for the Sunday that followed election night. While under hypnosis I was asked about the elections and that is when the communications came in. And you are right; I do not have to be under hypnosis to bring in communications. I chose to undergo hypnosis for a completely different reason and by the way it was a fabulous session. Anyway, back to what I was saying about the elections. The information that came in spoke of mass communications that had come in from our inter-dimensional friends that helped us bring in the results of the election. The communications stated that it was necessary for this to happen to raise the vibration on Earth. .

The communications stated that when the new president was announced this was celebrated around Earth. Think about it. In the moment that the president was announced there was an immense surge of joy and love. This global celebration created a wonderful shift in the frequency on Earth transmuting a dense layer of energy that had surrounded the Earth bringing it to a shimmering opalescent frequency of light. Yes, you knew this was going to take place. Yes, you agreed to help bring in the new times. And yes, you even know that this time of change would create the illusion of harsh times as the old structures fall apart. And yes, you know these times we are in now are only temporary.

Even knowing at a level just below conscious thought this time of wonderful change is one that we agreed to create, many people cannot hear their inner knowledge and are reacting with thoughts of fear as the old falls away. This is not surprising on a physical level as we carry so many old belief systems and old programs that feel threatened as the changes happen. Step back for a minute and feel from your center. Feel from that part of you that always knows your connection to Source. As you do this pay attention. You will notice that there is no sense of fear there only peace. If for just a few minutes each day you can step into your center and breathe in your space of peace you will begin to create in balance. Why only a few minutes? Because in truth there is no time and as you step into your connection with Source you are living in truth. As you hold this truth you bring a higher vibration into the world you are creating. As you hold the connection to Source you also are re-connected more firmly to your Knowing Self. The Self lives only in love and truth. Each moment no matter how short or how long that you spend connected to the Self helps remove the old fear based realities that have been created to this point in this cycle of life.

At this time you may even find yourself having to work harder to hold the positive thoughts you have diligently worked to bring into your everyday life finding them over run with thoughts and feelings of fear. The shifts of energy on Earth created a mass reaction of fear as the changes in vibration were felt. Even when it no longer serves us the hold the old way of thinking and living has been so ingrained in the human experience it is comfortable in its discomfort. Yet, deep within your cellular structure is a more powerful knowledge. This is the knowledge of your true Divine Self. The Divine Self holds the knowledge of all life’s perfection and the understanding of the reasons for participating in the physical world. The Divine Self holds the knowledge of the completeness of life and the joy the physical experience can truly be. As we move past the “old” patterns and beliefs and open our hearts and minds to the idea of living fully.

As we move from these old times into the new it is important to allow ourselves to release memories that we have held onto that were judgmental and critical for ourselves and others. When we remember that even the most uncomfortable experience was a chosen experience and has served us in some way we allow ourselves to fully live in a way that is not fear based. We move further away from the idea of victim and living by a force outside of ourselves to the knowledge we are the creators and we may live a life of love, joy and complete happiness.

Meditation:

Think of a situation from your life in which you feel discomfort with your actions or another’s actions that has kept you from embracing life and from seeing the perfection of life. Picture this as clearly as possible. Do not hold back in any way feelings or emotions that may come to the surface. Take the time to bring this situation fully up from your memory even if this still feels uncomfortable. Understand that you are completely safe in remembering this. Visualize this situation as if it is standing in front of you at your heart level. As you envision this memory state these words as you see healing golden light go into the memory surrounding it and filling it:

There is no shame, there is only love.

There is no blame, there is only love.

There is no need for forgiveness as every event in life has purpose. The purpose is to bring us to the knowledge of love.

I understand these words; I surrender the memory to love. I feel love fill up the memory replacing all that was with love.

I view this memory and surround it with golden light. I surrender this memory to love. As the light surrounds and fills the memory I gather it into my heart releasing myself and all others who have been held in darkness through this memory now bringing us into the light of love holding this light forward forever.

I understand and accept my perfection and the perfection of all life.

I understand and accept I am a brilliant light of the Divine.

I live in Divine grace and joy.

I hold into my conscious thoughts life at its most loving and most beautiful.

I look out through my eyes and see Divine Life in everything

I bring to Earth the love of the Divine.

I reach now into the deepest recesses of my memory and bring to this life my connection to the Divine. As I do this my light touches others sparking them into their own remembering of the Divine perfection they are.

I bless this memory as I hold it and all involved releasing again releasing us from our fear and bringing us to our knowledge of Divine Light..

Many may wonder why with the teachings of forgiving and letting go that we have had for so long there is a sentence in the meditation stating there is no need for forgiveness. We chose each life we have lived for the purpose of soul growth. As we hold it in the forefront of our mind that we have chosen to participate with each and every person that is or was in our life again takes the power out of any situation. We chose to be on the giving and then on the receiving end of every situation. When we look at it this way and truly understand this, we then remember there is no need for forgiveness as even the most uncomfortable of situations was acted out through love for our own and others soul evolvement As we hold the thought of love for ourselves and for all others then we bring to Earth the Age of Harmony we are here to experience. Hold each thought with light and love and allow it to bring you fully into living.
